Above Ground Concrete Deck Weighbridge
The Titan Weighbridge, perfect for locations with ample space, offers a convenient above-ground design that minimises installation time and civil work compared to traditional pit weighbridges. With a requirement of just a 1-meter clearance around the structure, the Titan Weighbridge ensures straightforward maintenance and cleaning access. Its raised structure removes the need for major excavation, presenting a cost-effective and efficient solution for various weighing applications.
Pit/Semi Pit Concrete Deck Weighbridge
The Titan Pit or Semi-Pit Weighbridge is expertly designed for sites with limited space, providing a compact and efficient solution that aligns smoothly with ground level. By being partially recessed, the Titan enables effortless vehicle loading and unloading, eliminating the need for ramps and minimising height differences between the weighbridge and vehicles. Although installation requires more civil work than above-ground options, the Titan Pit Weighbridge is built for long-term durability, offering enhanced protection against harsh weather conditions to ensure dependable performance over time.

Multi-Deck
The Single Deck design is the most common weighbridge design, ideal for applications focusing on measuring net or gross loads.
A single-deck weighbridge is primarily used to measure the total gross weight of vehicles passing onto the bridge. The fallback is that determining the weight of different axle groups with this type of weighbridge can be difficult.
One solution that customers have used is the SPLIT weighing technique, which involves positioning part of the truck on level ground either before or after the scale. We do not recommend this method as a work-around for axle group weighing, as it is known to be unreliable.
Despite this limitation, the single deck truck scale remains the most common and cost-effective option.
The Multi Deck Weighbridge design makes the weighing process faster and more efficient. It is designed to offer a dual-function solution, which allows you to see the weight of each individual axle group as well as the total net and gross weight in a single weighing operation, removing the need for unreliable SPLIT weighing techniques.
A Multi-Deck design generally has reduced calibration costs, as the system requires less dead weight during calibration or NMI Verification processes.
A Multi-Deck weighbridge configuration is also the most recommeneded weighbridge configuration for properly meeting Chain of Responsibility Compliance regulations.
