Daily Data Backup
All data from WinWeigh is backed up to on a daily basis. This time setting can be changed and configured by authorised support staff of NWI but not by WinWeigh operators as it is a core programming function within the software. An optional on premise hard disk backup of local WinWeigh data is also available in addition to Microsoft Azure cloud storage.
System Status Overview
System administrators will have a detailed status overview of the facility equipment, made easy to navigate with real-time dashboards and reports.
Security
System administrators can view security & system configuration across multiple users, groups, instances and sites using these reports. The portal login is secured by multi-factor authentication.

Accounting and Financial
Invoices and ticket formats and the information displayed on them can be customised to your needs. Winweigh allows users to print tax invoices for non-account customers (such as those paying by cash or EFTPOS) and generate delivery dockets for account customers and their representatives.
In the event that an end-user departs the site without paying, their details and vehicle information will be automatically logged as a non-paying customer.
